FIELD: technological processes; construction.
SUBSTANCE: initial shape and parameters of core layer, cutting of wood into stocks. After definition of core layer shape and parameters, stocks in the form of disks are fixed to the wood ends, and these stocks are previously swan out from the wood with dense central zone in accordance with diameters in the ends of cut wood. Longitudinal sawcut is provided in the wood along the whole length to the wood layer affected with rot. Wood steaming is done, after which wood is fixed in the ends and untwined, then the knife is pulled parallel to generatrix in curvilinear surfaces in plane of fibers, and wood is divided into stocks.
EFFECT: increase of high quality products output and reduction of cutting process power intensity.
