FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to forest industry, and may be used to manufacture construction, decorative-finishing and roof material. Technical result is achieved by the fact that produced sectors are trimmed along their length and are divided in parts along curvilinear generatrix of cutting tool, having, for instance shape of cylinder, moving plane of division along bisector of sector angle; produced parts are dried, sorted by quality and geometric characteristics. Since produced parts have various geometry, their longitudinal cutting is carried out. Variation of output produce parametres is carried out by variation of sector angle, changing radius of cutting tool generatrix and variation of curvilinear division plane displacement value by bisector of sector angle. Connection of produced parts is done by means of their revolution relative to each other by 180° and butt fixation to each other. It is possible to connect produced parts by means of their stacking one after another and fixation to plane of base.
EFFECT: increased yield of quality uniform produce, reduced energy intensity of process, expansion of yield produce application field.
