FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: predominantly unpowered hover platform capable to move over carrying surface of support with air valves contains wind engine with blade wheel and electric current generator. Additionally wind engine inlet is connected with air cushion under platform dirctly or using air duct. Wind engine on such platform may be installed so that its axis is positioned horizontally and air duct delivering air to blade wheel is made of transparent material.
EFFECT: economical on-board current source not requiring special maintenance.
