SUBSTANCE: magnetic knife fastener comprises a knife fastening panely attached to the ice maintenance machine and a number of magnets or electromagnets attached to the aforesaid panel to hold the knife in operating position so that its cutting edge is arranged parallel to the ice surface. The aforesaid panel and the knife proper make the knife guides designed to prevent knife sliding off from the operating position in cleaning the ice surface, the said panel being furnished with the knife panel height regulator.
EFFECT: higher quality of ice preparation.
