FIELD: construction industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to construction industry, and namely to devices preventing ice formation on roof verges. Device consists of tubular heating element with exhaust openings, which is attached in contact with roof verge and is located in a roof section or along roof perimeter, thus forming closed circuit. Tubular heating element is connected with transport air piping, and at that air intaking ends of transport air piping are located in air ducts of the building below exhaust openings provided at the bottom of tubular heating element at its ends when arranging heating element on some part of roof, or in the form of longitudinal cut-outs distributed along the length of tubular heating element during its arrangement along roof perimeter.
EFFECT: reliable continuous operation of anti-icing device in autonomous mode without providing any maintenance.
