SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a retainer holding a circular washer against the rotor plate radial surface. In compliance with this invention the retaining circular sleeve represents a ring fitted axially between the washer tail and flange. The ring peripheral surface rests upon the washer base. Note here that the aforesaid peripheral surface and flange are furnished with matching cuts arranged outwardly and designed to receive the ring clamping tools, the said ring being concealed inside the said flange in assembly or disassembly of the said washer. The washer tail features a bore with the diameter equal to that of the flange. The invention covers also the rotor plate furnished with the grooves receiving the blade tails accommodating the said circular washer. In compliance with this invention the rotor plate comprises the aforesaid circular washer retainer. The proposed invention covers also the rotor dynamic machine comprising the aforesaid rotor plate.

EFFECT: simple-design , low-cost, reliable rotor plate washer retainer.
