SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises at least one weight to be mounted on the rotor said weight has two surfaces of radially bearing positions oriented along two radially opposite directions. Note here that said surfaces interact with two surfaces of radially bearing position arranged on the rotor. Note also that the weight is retained on the rotor with the help of axial retention appliance. Particularly, said appliance is made up of bolt and nut. Note here that said bolt retains the weight on jointing flange made integral with the rotor and comprising aforesaid axial bearing position surface and said radial bearing position surface.
EFFECT: higher reliability.
