FIELD: physics; measurements.

SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to analysers of the content of liquids using an ion-selective indicator electrode. The device comprises a flow switch, tap with a spherical valve, a sample preparation chamber, buffer solution dispenser and a potentiometric measurement cell with a sample receiving chamber. The device also has a hemisphere separation mechanism, a sample preparation chamber with a mixer, floating cover and a membrane of the buffer solution dispenser in between them. The sample preparation chamber and the measurement cell are inside a case, which has a heater. The upper hemisphere of the tap is the bottom of the chamber and part of the case. On the surface of the valve, symmetric about the centre, there are channels with gaskets for connecting the sample preparation chamber with the switch and the measurement cell, as well as gaskets for covering the channel openings. The invention provides for increasing output and accuracy of analysis, wider functional capabilities and simplification of construction.
