SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine area, namely, to bio-energetics and can be used for creatine phosphate definition (CP) in a brain tissue. In a tissue of a brain of experimental animals define the maintenance adenosine triphosphate (ATP) using any known biochemical method. Then, under corresponding mathematical formulas, count maintenance of CP in a brain tissue. Use of the method allows defining ATP, adenosine monophosphate (AMP) and CP in a tissue of a brain in the conditions of norm and a circulatory hypoxia with different exposition.

EFFECT: possibility of determination of adenosine triphosphate, adenosine monophosphate (AMP) and CP in a tissue of a brain in the conditions of norm and a circulatory hypoxia with different exposition.
