FIELD: experimental biology and medicine, particularly, neurochemical methods for selecting optimum training exercises for developing resistance to hypoxy and predicting effective number of exercises sufficient to develop adaptive reaction of energetic metabolism of encephalon and enhance immunity of tissues, in particular those of encephalon, to oxygen deficiency. SUBSTANCE: essence of this method resides in experimentally creating prescribed air vacuum (310 mm Hg), measuring time of exposure to hypoxy (60 min), fixing live encephalon by method of rapid freezing, determining ATF concentration by any known method, and calculating AMF concentration by aid of equation given in specification. EFFECT: shorter investigation period, saving of experimental stock, reagents and experimental animals, and certain prognostication of terms of development of immunity of animals to hypoxy using mathematical model. 1 tbl
