SUBSTANCE: for the purpose of information field presentation, base frames edges with fixed information elements on sides are put butt and folded in several pairs of packs. Base frames in each pair of adjacent packs are moved simultaneously, from both sides towards each other. Frames are moved aside from packs to a distance no less than base frame thickness to the point of the next pack. Then, frames are moved up to the pack and displaced together with packs. In order to change information field, cycle is twice repeated. According to the invention, the device includes framework, enclosure, drive, base frames folded in pack pairs and installed on supports in the upper part of framework. Drive shaft with tapered pinions passes through supports. Platform with upper stopping devices and four-cornered monorail with carriage rollers fixed to it is mounted on pinions. Tapered wheel paired with tapered pinions is installed under the platform. Carriage drive lever is rigidly fixed to tapered wheel. Carriage rollers are placed on the level of movable cylindrical stopping devices grooves. There are holes in carriage housing for axles fixed to upper cross-bar centre of base frames. Square liner placed in four-cornered groove of tray is installed in the centre of lower cross-bars linked with upper support planes. Lower stopping devices are fastened to the tray.
