FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: device includes frame with drive and unites installed on it. Each unit contains leg with semi-axes, round of which there are supporting frames with information elements rotated on arms. The information elements are fixed on the supporting frames from two sides. The information elements consist of four information bands. The ends of the information bands are linked with joint plates made of flexible material. Each information element is fixed on two supporting frames. Width of the supporting frame is equal to the width of the outside information bands. The supporting frames are operated with a rotating mechanism in the form of a lever with a long tab. The lever has a side plane for disengagement of the locks fixing the supporting frames. The axes of the locks are placed in side posts of the horizontal platform. There are side plane and inclined tab meant to move lead tab up and down on the horizontal platform. The lead tab is in contact with driven end of the supporting frames. According to the method, the informativon elements are turned into single informativon field without air space along with turnaround. The informativon elements are placed in M-after shape outlet from the informative field. The supporting element located in the centre of rotation makes for placing of the informative elements. Invention decreases the width and structurally simplifies the supporting frames, ensures simple change of the information fields and operation reliability.
