SUBSTANCE: invention refers to device and method for space-time block code coding/decoding in mobile communication system based on multiple input and output circuit. In transmitter with transmitting antenna assembly in communication system mobile if injected signal is to be transmitted, it is preceded under specified coding network, preceded signal is space-time transformed according to number of transmitting antennas to apply preset space-time block coding network, and transformed signal is space-time transmitted through transmitting antennas applying preset space-time block coding network to space-time transformed signal.

EFFECT: provided complete spacing and complete velocity using preceding matrix, thus minimising complexity and volume of calculations in "МИМО" mobile communication system.
