FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device incorporates a frame moving along cargo compartment on over lengthwise rail guides with the help of rollers. Moving carriage is arranged in the frame running in its roller guides to carry panel lifting mechanism representing a vertical telescopic pneumatic cylinder and self-contained power supply cylinder arranged on the said carriage and communicating via an air control system. The lifting panel is arranged above the pneumatic cylinder and on the extendable roller rail guides to move across the frame travel.
EFFECT: device facilitates loading/unloading affected persons in flying vehicle.
