SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to vehicles for evacuation and first aid in emergency situations to sick and injured people. In the first version, the medical evacuation system includes sanitary transporter (1), for example, an Ansat helicopter with onboard door (2), in the cabin of which at an angle to the longitudinal axis of the cabin there is a device for receiving and transporting a removable stretcher with a patient or injured in emergency situations with rotary platform (4) for arrangement of stretchers both on legs, and on bogie, ramp loading/unloading ramp (5) rotatable in vertical plane, swiveling arc-striker and with raised position retainer and supporting lowered ramp acting as backrest of stretcher. Medical module (8) of life support is fitted on the cabin floor and provided with a lighting fixture and a suspension unit for medical accessories with the possibility of displacement along the cabin. Platform (4) is located at an angle to the saloon axis with the possibility to locate the ramp in the opening of the side door by turning in the horizontal plane and lowering beyond the threshold of the door opening. On racks of U-shaped stop and ramp at two levels there are fixators-catching handles of stretcher both on legs, and on bogie. In the second version, the medical evacuation system includes a sanitary facility with a rear hatch, in which the device for receiving and transporting stretchers is equipped with a rotary bracket-like support of the ramp, and the latter is connected with the rear hatch by a kinematic link for joint lowering and lifting.

EFFECT: inventions extend medical evacuation capabilities of sanitary vehicles.
