METHOD OF PATIENT'S REHABILITATION AFTER OPERATION OF GASTRIC ULCER Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC A61N5/06 

FIELD: medicine; physiotherapy.

SUBSTANCE: epigastrium region is exposed to physiotherapeutic factor. Exposure is started for 10th-12th day after operation. Physical factor represents exposure of polychromatic polarised light of device "Bioptron-2" at wavelengths within 400 nm to 2000 nm, power flux density 40 mWt/cm², light energy flux density per minute 2.4 J/cm². Light beam is directed to epigastrium region 20 cm away within 6 minutes. Then light beam is directed towards region above vertebral spinous processes S₄ and D₇-D₉ 20 cm away for 4 minutes per region. Exposure time per procedure is 14 minutes. Exposure is applied daily within course of 15 procedures. The same day eyes are additionally exposed with blue light of device "АПЭК" at wavelength 430±30 nm, duration of light pulse 3.5-4 s, pulse repetition rate of chirp modulation 9.2±0.2 Hz within 10 minutes, daily within course of 15 procedures.

EFFECT: reduced evidence of pain syndrome, reduced dyspepsia syndrome, manifestation of esophagitis, gastritis, refluxes, extinction of asthenovegetative syndrome.
