FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves treating patient with electromagnetic field in dorsal position. The radiation is applied to anterior joint surfaces using elongated apparatus radiator having gap of 3-4 cm, heat dose power of 40 W and exposure time of 7 min. Then, posterior joint surfaces are treated in prone position in the same mode. The patient is additionally placed in dorsal position and treated with electromagnetic field from the cylindrical radiator of 130 mm diameter, gap of 3-4 cm, heat dose power of 40 W above the liver region and exposure time of 7 min. Course of 10 procedures is given in daily mode.
EFFECT: reduced pain syndrome manifestations; normalized flexor settings of the hip joint; compensated weight load distribution for the injured extremity.
