FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: securing of xenon flowing from refueling balloon into fuel vessel. After pressure equalisation of refueling balloon and fuel vessel fuelling is effected by forced pumping of xenon. Fuel vessel is embedded into spacecraft construction and refueling balloon and pumping device are installed on scale. Device has small dimensions and weight.
EFFECT: high-precision and clean fuelling of fuel vessel built into spacecraft construction, higher speed and simpler method of fuelling.
