SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the rocket and space equipment articles ground equipment. Mobile unit (3) contains vessel (8) for the rocket fuel components (RFC) transportation on the all-terrain wheelbase (2). Vessel (8) is connected to the heat exchanger (9) for the RFC thermal regulation and is equipped with a shower unit (5) with pipelines and injectors (6) spraying RFC through the gas cushion (7). Pressure in the cushion (7) is maintained by compressed gas from the cylinders (4). Pump unit (15) serves to mix the RFC in the vessel (8) during thermal regulation and / or gas saturation. It is connected to the RFC reception vessel (14) and to the metering unit (13), through which the launch vehicle is refueled. Mobile unit (3) process equipment control system is located in the cabinets (17).

EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of the calculations number, number of the hazardous operations and equipment required, the leakage likelihood when working with RFC, in the mobility provision.
