FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: pipe 21, 22 cavities, pump 20 chamber and cup 15 hollow are filled up with water to the level, which is a bit lower than opening 29 of diffuser. Pump 20 takes water from cup 15 hollow and supplies it to choke 23 via pipe 22. Water comes to hot external surface of side wall 9 belonging to the filled with hot tar reservoir. Water turns into steam; as a result steam and air mixture overpressure is created in cylinder 6 cavity. At high rates, air with water steam is discharged from opening 30 of nozzle 10 and supplied to manifold cavity 2 via pipes 17 and 4. After that while coming out from manifold 2 through openings 3, air oxidises tar transferring it to bitumen.
EFFECT: decreased crossed price of bitumen due to utilisation of heat resulted from tar oxidation.
