FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing turbomachine turbine comprising wheels with vanes each incorporating at least two blades jointed together by common outer and inner flanges and root consists in that some of aforesaid vanes are furnished with a hollow root with a recess. Note here that vane roots that belong to one and the same wheel and/or vane roots, and/or vane roots belonging to one and the same wheel feature different shape of aforesaid recesses which allows producing various-eigenvalue-resonance-frequency vanes and frequency mismatch between vanes. Proposed method of providing for preset resonance frequency of turbine vane consists in forming aforesaid recess in the vane root. Note here that the vane is used furnished with at least two blades inter-jointed by common outer and inner flanges and root, while the vane resonance frequency eigenvalue magnitude exceeds by more than 14% of the excitation mode frequency corresponding to the difference N2-N1, where N2 and N1 describe high-pressure and low-pressure turbine RPM, respectively. Multi-stage turbine comprises at least one wheel furnished with vanes. Each vane incorporates at least two blades jointed together by common outer, inner flanges and root. Note here that at least some vanes have a hollow root incorporating a recess, while the recesses of various vanes feature different shape, hence, different eigenvalue resonance frequencies.

EFFECT: decreasing probability of vibrations due to mismatching of resonance frequencies in one or several turbine wheels.
