FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: system for aircraft (AC) landing consists of landing radar for determining of coordinates of AC and forming similar mapping on flight operator indicators and those of pilot reflecting marks of current AC coordinates and also course lines and glide slope, lie of ground, and airfield map. Additionally channel is introduced using navigation satellites group consisting of devices connected in series: vehicle-borne aerial, receiver-calculator of satellite signals, vehicle-borne error-minimiser with its second input connected with output of vehicle-borne ground information separator, and output connected with minimising input of aviation instruments block. Possibility is envisaged to independently display on flight operator indicators and those of pilot data formed with aid of radar and satellite group. Method is also suggested for final AC approach based on use of claimed type system where instead of current coordinates marks of AC coordinated determined with regard to different methods of coordinates determining and simultaneously are reflected coordinates marks determined by each of used methods marking images by e.g. geometrical configuration.
EFFECT: flight safety increase during final approach owing to simultaneous use of radar and satellite methods of AC coordinates determining.
