FIELD: food processing.
SUBSTANCE: cans are made by cutting of carrots, parsley root and onion, sauting of before mentioned products in melted butter and chopping with grinding machine. At the same time, hen's eggs are prepared, they are boiled, shelled and grinded. Thereafter, potatoes are cut, parboiled and chopped with grinding machine. Prepared greens are exposed to freezing, preferably to slow freezing, and grinded. Sorrel and spinach are also exposed to freezing, preferably to slow one, and chopped. Prepared meat is cut and chopped with grinding machine. Bean is boiled till the mass is doubled, grinded with grinding machine. Wheat flour is sauted in melted butter. The above mentioned components are mixed with sour cream, meat and bone broth, sugar, salt, citric acid and one of CO2-extracts of biomass of micromycete, required by versions of the method, as well as CO2-extracts of black pepper and laurel leaf. The mixture is packed into aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilised preparing the target product.
EFFECT: new cans for space feeding have enhanced digestibility comparing with similar dish.
