SUBSTANCE: complex is conected with a source of water supply and through the water shutter with the sewage. Lateral barriers in the upper position due to backrests and floor form a box covered with tight substrate from inside. The complex allows to bathe the patient, and the universal bedpan ensures performance of defecation and emiction in bed even uncontrollably by patients. The atomisers located on flexible tubes purposefully wash away anal area and genitals of the patient with warm water. The system of separate liquid submission ensures submission of disinfecting, medicinal and hygienic liquids for treatment patient's perineum. The heater and air ducts allow to dry patient's perineum and his body with warm air after water hygienic procedures, as well as the internal surface of a complex. The compressor, air ducts and the switch of compressed air submission provide an opportunity of moving a pneumatic ring in the direction of the open space of bedpan spot before its full blocking and, or opening. As a result, the first version of the invention ensures extension of bed functionalities for carrying out water sanitary-and-hygienic procedures, due to its original design and creation the opportunity to bathe the patient right in the bed completely. The second version of the invention ensures extension of sanitary hygienic complex functionalities for carrying out water sanitary-and-hygienic procedures, comfortable defecation and emiction in bed, even uncontrollably by patients, providing prophylaxis and treatment of decubituses, as well as washing lower parts, disinfection, treatment by medicinal solutions and predrying of patient's perineum with warm air, automatic opening and closing of the universal bedpan spot and discharge of the used water and patient's excrements in the sewage.

EFFECT: expansion of functionalities of bed for carrying out of water sanitary-and-hygienic procedures.
