SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical equipment and is applicable for bed care and care of disabled in various healthcare facilities, and domiciliary for various procedures and toilet care. A functional medical bed comprises a base with self-adjusted wheels and a framework whereon there is a bed consisting of three sections - dorsal, hip and foot - actuated by telescopic drives. The bed framework is demountable with detachable foot portions of the framework and foot section of the bed. The foot portion of the framework is attached to a main framework in an interface of side framework profiles by couplings, in an interface of the end faces - by a bolted joint, and has a window. The foot section of the bed is attached to the hip section of the bed directly; for this purpose the hip section is provided along the full length with an articulated plate having four holes, while the foot section is also provided with a rigid plate having reciprocal holes to be bolted to the hip section. In the hip section of the framework, along its side faces, there are rigidly mounted two parallel arm brackets represented in the form of cone-ended boxes comprising telescopic drives. One of said drives actuates a window door for natural habits, another one actuates the foot section of the bed by coupling the telescopic drive and the rigid arm bracket attached to the plate of the hip section.

EFFECT: enhancement of the medical bed simple in design, facilitation of its operation by the personnel, as well as creation of the most comfortable conditions for the patient, including domiciliary.
