FIELD: mechanics, construction.
SUBSTANCE: universal vibropress intended for vibrocompression and vibromolding of one- and multi-color paving slab is made up of a foundation, movable-bottom hopper, dispenser box, pan cartridge, platform with grips, vibrotable with movable frame and mechanical synchronous vibrator, guide columns, traverse matrix, carriage with die, assembly with partitions, plate and hydraulic drive. Note that said vibrotable with aforesaid mechanical synchronous vibrator is arranged on the said movable frame suspended to the foundation with the help of two cantilever guides reciprocated by two hydraulic drive cylinders. Aforesaid assembly with partitions is arranged on the said plate attached to the hydraulic cylinder con-rods.
