FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials using vibropress and relates to a molding stationary complex for production of concrete articles from semi-dry (hard) concrete with different aggregates and makes it possible to produce wall stones, paving slab, onboard stones and other small-piece items from semi-dry (hard) concrete mixtures with various fillers by semi-dry volumetric vibration pressing method. Complex comprises a molding unit consisting of a fixed frame, a hopper, a vibration table with a vibroblock, a crosspiece with a puncheon and a bottomless matrix, hydraulic cylinders of vertical displacements of the die and the puncheon. Hopper is presented in the form of a loading module with a container and a loading measuring box. Vibration table is equipped with rigidly synchronized vibroblock. Bottomless matrix is in contact with the vibration table surface through the trays. Besides, the complex is additionally equipped with a conveyor supplying trays with a tray accumulator, a roller table with a shelter with a hydraulic unit rack with a control panel. Molding zone is made with size of 1,200×450 mm and allows forming six blocks of wall in a row or two vertically standing borders.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of production of construction materials and reduced metal consumption.
