FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical industry and can be used for obtaining of base carbonate of divalent cobalt. In method of obtaining base carbonate of divalent cobalt electrolysis of water solution, enriched with carbon dioxide under pressure 0.1 -1.0 MPa is performed by anode dissolving of cobalt in solution of ammonium hydrogen carbonate with concentration 1M with current density 50 A/m2.

EFFECT: simplification of obtaining divalent cobalt carbonate.
