FIELD: building.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns structure and the method of obtaining of the complex additive applied as the modifier of properties of concrete and water mortars, produced on knitting on the basis of a portland cement clinker. The method lies in in two-phasic obtaining of the additive by condensation of naphthalene sulphonic acid - NSA with formaldehyde with formation of oligomeric polymethylennaphtalenesulphonates - PNS at the first stage, PNS polycondensation and technical lignosulphonates - LS with block copolymer formation at the second stage and introduction in the obtained product of surface-active substance of defoaming action. Thus the first stage of NSA condensation with formaldehyde is performed with preliminary heating of a reactionary mix heating from 116 to 125-127°C and loading of formaldehyde during 120-150 min at hashing and endurances at 125-130°C during 120-150 min, thus a production process guide at pressure 150-250 kPa, the second stage carry out hashing of 150-180 mines at 118-123°C with preliminary endurance of reactionary mass of 12-30 mines at 100-105°C at an air pressure and PNS mass parity and LS - 1: (0.28-0.32). The obtained product is treated with alkali to pH 7-9. The complex additive for concrete and the water mortars, received in the above-stated way, is made in two forms - in the form of a solution or a powder. The invention is developed in dependent points of the formula.

EFFECT: obtaining of the multifunctional additive with regulated plasticising and air-entraining properties.
