FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat reserve current sources, set into action by igniting pyrotechnical elements. Pyrotechnical composition for belt igniter contains zirconium, barium chromate, potassium perchlorate and covered with latex, crushed asbestos fibres.
EFFECT: increase of composition burning rate, which reduces time of battery going into regime, and also ensures flexibility of belt igniter as a result of creation of elastic structure by covering crushed asbestos fibres with latex.
