FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mining and road construction. The device consists of a case, a piston, a head, a cap connected with a working tool, an accumulating cavity, a cocking chamber, a drain pipeline and supply pipeline with a dynamic accumulator installed thereon. The device is equipped with a cover, an intermediary case rigidly connected to the latter and with a spool-type bushing installed in the intermediary case; the device is also equipped with a cap body forming the cocking chamber together with a head and a cover. The piston together with the case forms the accumulating cavity and contains a rod in a cylinder boring of which the head is installed creating the intermediary fluid chamber. A pin is rigidly connected to the rod of the piston; an axial slot is made in the cover, while in the spool-type bushing there are made an inclined groove, supplying and draining channels periodically communicating during spool-type bushing turning owing to travel of the rigidly connected to the piston rod pin in the axial slot of the cover and in the inclined slot of the spool-type bushing correspondingly and also connected with supply and drain pipeline wherein the dynamic accumulator is installed.
