FIELD: motors and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: method of noise-absorbing casing production for turbofan motor includes spacer fixing to longitudinal walls of body and separation of longitudinal walls by the spacer within the shrinkage limits set out for the finished item. Damper framework is molded, and filler is installed inside damper framework and glued to the body. Damper stoppers are then molded, and layers of tract wall are laid down. After that polymerisation is performed. Spacer is removed and holed are drilled. Casing elements are mechanically joined. It is preferable, that damper framework is molded from separate sections of foamed polymer filler arranged with gaps along at least cross-joints of motor body. Cellular filler is glued to the body with the separate longitudinal sections without fastening between each other.

EFFECT: improved reliability of turbofan engine casing production owing to smaller departure of size deviation and geometrical casing shape from nominal values.
