FIELD: machine construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine construction and is meant for transmitting rotation in a single direction. The geared transmission consists of two straight toothed cog wheels (1, 2) with parallel axes of rotation. The working profile of the tooth on the front cross section of one of the wheels is executed in an envelope of family of curves, describing the tooth profile in the front cross section of the second wheel in different positions with relative rotation of the wheels. Teeth in the form of non-symmetrical segments in planes are located in pairs, perpendicular axes of the wheel rotation, and at the front plane on both wheels. Each following tooth is displaced relative to the previous one on the same pitch arc and in one direction. The number of teeth in the first wheel is equal to the number of teeth in the second wheel and is selected in a specific dependency. A provision is made for the version of the geared transmission in the plane of the tooth of the first wheel for the second wheel to place a couple of equally disjointed teeth, whose amount is also related in a specific correlation.
EFFECT: eliminating axle stress on the transmission bearings, minimising space and increasing the service time of the geared transmission.
