FIELD: physics; measurement.
SUBSTANCE: device for monitoring of moving canvas material humidity contains roller detector, which is connected serially to vacuum quartz resonator switched into metering arm of metering bridge, potential output of which is connected to potential inlet of detector, detector outlets are connected to inlets of compensation element and, through DC amplifier, to indicator and controller of humidity. At that output of metering bridge is connected to its own inputs through operational amplifier, compensation element with parallel connected capacitor is switched into comparison arm of metering bridge. Roller detector is arranged in the form of two coaxially installed hollow cylinders, at the ends of which bearings are provided, being separated from external cylinder with fluoroplastic rings, at that external cylinder of detector contacts with monitored material, and internal cylinder of detector is immovable and connected to quartz resonator and capacitor, distance between cylinders is selected as not more than 1.0 mm. Suggested device will make it possible to increase reliability of monitoring accuracy and control of moving canvas material humidity.
