FIELD: physics, guidance.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns complex resorts of information-driving control systems and the control over a state removed from the central point of guidance of the objects functioning in real time, and can be used for a complex estimate of a state and guidance of the difficult objects and systems of different function. The system contains basic both reserve supergrid bodies and guidance points, communication channels of a transport communication network and controllabled radio-electronic resorts of military objects, the basic and reserve control centres. Guidance points contain the unified complexes of automated management and switching knots. The basic and reserve control centres, all knots of switching, and also communication channels of a transport communication network form telecommunication system of data exchange of a real time scale.
EFFECT: maintenance of inconvertible automated management with radio-electronic resorts of military men, making of uniform infrastructure of the MIS information system shaped on the basis of networks of data exchange.
