SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technical training equipment and can be used to organise the activities for combat training and the educational process in settings of training centres and military training institutions of the Navy. Training communication complex of a surface ship comprises operator workstations, units for training programme input and information display, power supply units, a software-hardware complex for training management and integration (ROС SHC) including a computational modelling complex (CMC), a local area network (LAN) switch, and a switch control apparatus. The ROC SHC therein consists of an automated workstation of the training manager (RO AWS) and an automated workplace of the information security administrator (ABI AWS), connected to the LAN switch, as is the CMC. The ROC SHC is connected with external training systems via a firewall. The LAN switch is connected with the general purpose automated workstations (GP AWS).

EFFECT: level of qualification of surface ship personnel is increased.
