FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: initial material used is scrap of abrasive disks on ceramic bond. Prior to crushing stage initial material is heated in furnace at the temperature of 800°C with its further cooling in running water of room temperature. Material crushing is performed by means of crushing in tumbling drum. Afterwards material is flushed with further flotation and drying of clean grain, then fractioning and discharge of finished product is done.
EFFECT: clean abrasive grain produced by application of small-size cheap equipment that excludes fivefold crushing of initial material.
