FIELD: abrasive working.
SUBSTANCE: abrasive article comprises agglomerate grains bonded with the substrate by means of a binder. The abrasion particles in the agglomerate grains are bonded together to form a three-dimensional structure by means of a binder for the particles, which is a dispersion phase. The adjacent particles in the agglomerate are bonded so that their packing is loose and is lower at least by 2% than that for the particles in the individual condition. The grains of the agglomerate are made by tumbling the particles and binder in the rotating rusting furnace.
