FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: regulation of consumption of extraction phosphoric acid and water supplied to columns is carried out with constant automatic correction by quality of processes in contour "extraction - extract washing - re-extraction" depending on results of extract density measurement in settling zone of extraction and extract washing columns and density of purified phosphoric acid at re-extraction stage. Regulation of consumption of water phases removed from columns is carried out by changing said consumption with constant automatic correction by value of average position of phase separation level on boundary liquid/liquid in column settling zones or on boundary liquid/air in hydroseals for water phase removal and regulation of air pressure in receivers and level of phase separation liquid/air in column pulse-chambers by changing air consumption into receivers and pulse-chambers respectively with constant automatic correction of pressure in receivers by level of phase separation liquid/air in column pulse-chambers.

EFFECT: possibility to support main technological parameters on optimal level, increase of installation productivity and process stabilisation.
