FIELD: motors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: moving blade fixture to turbine rotor disc consists of blade root, which is represented with the male connecting part being clutched and held in radial position in the hollow with mating shape. There are facilities in the rotor disc which prevent blade root displacement in axial direction of hollow. Under quiescent state and even temperature conditions, the blade axis is inclined upstream or downstream with regard to rotor rotation axis perpendicular. The blade is tilted at an angle designed to compensate, at least, partially, blade axis shifting as a result of mechanical or thermal stress having effect on rotor, when turbine machine is in operation.
EFFECT: increasing turbine efficiency factor due to blade perpendicular positioning to rotor rotation axis when turbine machine is in operation.
