FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: rotor drum of an axial turbomachine comprises a wall with a rotation profile about the axis of rotation of the rotor, forming a hollow body and having on its outer surface two annular surfaces for retaining a row of blades. Said two retention surfaces of the drum wall are generally directed away from one another so as to form a profile widening when going away radially from the outer surface of the wall. Height in the radial direction of the retention surfaces is 1 to 10 % of the average radius of the drum wall on which they are located. Another invention of the group relates to a turbomachine, comprising a rotor comprising the above-mentioned drum, having a number of groups of retention surfaces, each of which corresponds to a row of blades.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows to reduce weight and increase the rigidity of the rotor drum of an axial turbomachine.
