SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electric engineering specifically voltage converters intended for direct current consumers energising, and for charging, training charging, forming in automatic optimal charging-discharging mode of accumulators for direct current voltage systems. The invention can be used for uninterrupted power supply of critical consumers at various industrial and military installations (mobile and stationary) with high-stability direct current voltage of two ratings and three-phase alternating current at frequency of 50 Hz and voltage of 380/220 V or one-phase alternating current at frequency of 50 Hz and voltage of 220 V.

EFFECT: providing considerable energy saving in alternating-current mains and achievement of maximal possible fail-free operation of power supply for critical consumers of both direct and alternating current at various purposes installations that use for consumer power supply the single alternating current voltage system and single direct current voltage system.
