FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to ship's electric power systems (EPS), namely to EPS of submarines (diesel-electric, with electrochemical generators, etc.), underwater vehicles (bathyscaphs, etc.), as well as surface ships with electric propulsion, uninterrupted power supply of responsible consumers 27 V DC and 220 V AC. Invention can be used for uninterrupted electric power supply of high-stable voltage of 27 V DC and 220 V of alternating sine-wave high-quality current with frequency of 50 Hz of various responsible consumers on submarine, as well as on other objects (movable and stationary, industrial and military purpose), the EPS of which include two independent networks of generation and distribution of electric power with DC voltage. In the proposed electric power system there provided is reliable protection of consumers against impact of pulse high-voltage switching overvoltages appearing in ship's networks of generation and distribution of DC voltage, there implemented is reliable galvanic isolation of load from supply mains, and by means of microcontroller control systems of power equipment of dc-to-dc voltage converter and dc-to-ac voltage converter; there provided is complete independence of quality properties of output voltages (27 V DC and 220 V of alternating sine-wave current) on the load from parametres of supply mains at maintaining operability at least of one of supply mains. Proposed systems are implemented in practice in export diesel-electric submarines of "Amur-1650" project on the basis of ABP-L uninterrupted power supply units produced in batches by CJSC IRIS.

EFFECT: increasing operating efficiency of electric power system as a whole and maximum possible fail-free electric power of responsible consumers with 27 V DC and 220 V AC.
