FIELD: agricultural industry; mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: device consists of a sieve box with a sieve installed on the frame, and a mechanism adjusting transverse vibrations of the sieve. The frame is connected through ball hinges and bell cranks to a drive shaft in order to ensure longitudinal vibrations of the sieve. Mechanism adjusting the transverse vibrations of the sieve consists of suspensions and cross tie rods which are hinged to upper parts of swivel levers. Suspensions with some of their ends are connected through ball hinges to the frame, and with other ends are connected through cylindrical hinges to lower parts of swivel levers. Device is provided with piezoelectric sensors fixed under the sieve on longitudinal frame sides and connected to a control device. The latter is connected to electric motor which by means of a reduction gear is connected to the screw of screw mechanism. Nut of screw mechanism is hinged through an additional rod to one of the swivel levers, and the screw of screw mechanism is installed so that it can turn on an additional bracket intended for being connected to the threshing outfit casing.
EFFECT: uniform distribution of grain peels on the sieve of grain combine sieve box, and reducing grain losses.
