FIELD: agricultural industry.

SUBSTANCE: method is based on microorganism inactivation by treating the microorganism environment with an activated biocide solution. According to the first version biocide solution is activated with electromagnetic radiation of extremely high-frequency band by means of electromagnetic radiation treatment during 20-60 seconds, and then irradiated biocide solution is used for treating the microorganism environment. According to the second version first of all, biocide solution is exposed to electromagnetic radiation during 20-60 seconds, and at the same time there obtained is electromagnetic radiation reflected from biocide solution; after that biocide solution is irradiated with the obtained radiation once more during 5-20 minutes, and then irradiated biocide solution is used for treating the microorganism environment. Method is environmentally sound.

EFFECT: effective inactivation of pathogenic microorganisms using low-dose biocide rates.
