FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: thermal vacuum chamber for phosphoric slurry reuse contains hermetic enclosure mounted on mobile platform and accommodating supported working chamber so that vacuum compartments are formed in-between. Working chamber is provided with heating elements. Thermal vacuum chamber has formed opening - hatchway in working chamber tightly covered with provided surrounding through-holes for vacuum pump tubes. By the second version, thermal vacuum chamber consists of two interconnected demountable parts opening internal space of thermal vacuum chamber for installation of utilizable waste in storage container. Power supply of heating elements is electric power or water steam generated by hydroelectric generator. Thermal vacuum chamber can be supplied with heat-exchange hydrovacuum unit fixed on external surface of thermal vacuum chamber enclosure and contains thin-walled low-thickness square tank with mounted cassette storage for gas phosphorus from heat chamber. Thermal vacuum chamber can contain emergency neutraliser with limewater tank.
EFFECT: environmentally compatible and economic phosphoric slurry reuse using thermal processing device.
