FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: recycled household and industrial waste is sent by screw conveyor from the hopper to the metal heat-resistant pipe of the mobile pyrolysis chamber housing, where the screw conveyor moves it along the pyrolysis chamber with heating and maintaining the pyrolysis temperature in the range of 800-900°C. The heating of the waste is carried out by the exhaust gases of the diesel engine, which are reheated by an induction furnace from a temperature of 300-400°C to a temperature of 1100°C and heating the pyrolysis chamber from its outside under a protective sealed casing, where, after giving up heat, they are rendered harmless from harmful impurities into the atmosphere. Electric current from the diesel generator is supplied to the induction furnace and to the electric motors of the screw conveyors drives of the pyrolysis chamber, loading hopper, unloading device and cavitation pump. Smoky and combustible gases with moisture, like pyrolysis products, are collected by a gas collector in a pyrolysis chamber and sent through a pipeline to a heat exchanger with a condenser, wherece the resulting low octane-cetane fuel is sucked off by a cavitation pump with physico-chemical bound moisture up to 37% and sent to diesel engine combustion chambers equipped with an air intake of atmospheric air connected by a pipeline and a combustible gas from the air conditioner. The discharge device of the pyrolysis chamber is equipped with a pressure sensor from carbon black as the final product of pyrolysis accumulated at the end of the pyrolysis chamber connected to the final switch of the discharge screw conveyor drive electric motor and the rotary mechanism of the unloading chamber door flaps.
EFFECT: pyrolysis occurs without the emission of harmful substances present in the waste before burning them without access of oxygen at temperatures of 800-900 degrees.
