FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metallurgy, particularly to production of heat resistant alloys on nickel base and can be implemented for casting blades of gas-turbine engines operating under high temperature and load conditions. Components of the alloy are mixed; they contain carbide generating elements and elements generating γ'-phase - Ni, Co, Cr, W, Mo, Nb and C; further the components are melted; Ti, Al and micro-alloying elements B, La, Y and Ce are introduced; the alloy is melted and cooled at the rate of not less, than 50°C/min. Amount of carbide generating elements is determined from formula 14.0 wt % ≤(Cr+W+Nb+Ti+Mo)≤ 24 wt %, while amount of micro-alloying elements is determined from formula (B+La+Y+Ce)≤ 0.1 wt %. To facilitate control over fine structure of the alloy carbon is introduced in form of compacted powders of 1-100 mcm dispersion.
EFFECT: increased continuous (one hundred hours) hardness, fracture resistance and stability of alloy during operation at temperatures not exceeding 1000°C.
