FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of pipes production from structural medium-carbon or low-alloyed steels, namely, to method of lifting pipes (LP) production, and may find application in oil and gas industry. Method comprises preparation of high-tensile hot rolled pipe and finishing processing. After production of hot rolled pipe, its internal surface is polished to metal shine and sealing material is applied on it. Then pipe with anticorrosion properties, external surface of which has been previously cleaned to metal shine, is inserted into internal cavity of hot rolled pipe, and sealing material is applied on it. Pipes are compressed together, providing their fixing due to elastic stresses that occur in process of deformation, and material is polymerised.
EFFECT: higher strength characteristics.
