FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: method of energy conversion implies introducing catalytic structure with luminous efficiency in the state of accumulation in spectral range into the flame resulting from the reaction of oxidising the fuel by oxygen and direct conversion of the released energy into electric one with help of semiconducting photocells which are connected into photovoltaic battery with the border of photoactive absorption base band for this spectral range. Optical system for light flux focusing and additional unit for thermoelectrical conversion of the heat energy removed from the high-temperature combustion products are used. The conversion process is carried out in a closed energy cycle including photosynthesis of the green microalgae technical biomass - dietary supplement to the livestock feeding, anaerobic extrathermophilic fermentation of the livestock and domestic organic wastes, producing biogas, its enriching and generating electric energy by the cascade conversion of the heat energy and light radiation energy which are released at the enriched biogas fuel combustion.
